  1. good move. as it stands, hawaii has absolutely nothing except their tourist industry and those little sweet rolls they make... dole, and with it the major portion of the economy, move out decades ago and the island is suffering. the decriminalization will allow them to tax drugs and, they think, save their economy. good luck to them.

  2. try working one leg at a time. you can do this with leg presses or with one foot propped up against a bench or stool and, eventually, end up doing real one-legged squats with body weight. sounds easy but how many guys on here can do 10 clean reps of one-legged squats?... :confused:

  6. His information is inaccurate. I can promise you, not everyone used that, maybe he did however I'm almost certain he is miss remembering information.

     

    Gawd it kills me, I see people using 1g+/week and they barely look muscular, honestly looks more like they gained more water than a pregnant women, then I have my old training partner who used 600mg/week of EQ, 40mg/day or var and 4ui and looks like a fucking walking statue. Everyone is different just use what you want within reason and get your blood checked.

     

    P.S. you gain nothing by looking into what other people used, never compare yourself to other bodybuilders, compare yourself to your past and always seek progression. IMO start on lower dosages and work from there. I'd just ask people 'what compounds do you use for cutting up?' blah blah, you get the point, I'd never ask that question though. I'd ask 'what have you used? and what has it done for you?'
