  1. 100mg of hdrol is a sufficient dose.

with a conversion rate of 10-15% (primordial performance estimates the conversion rate at 5%), even though there is reportedly some intrinsic activity before conversion (not sure i buy that, though), i'm sorry to say the 100mg will do very little - unless you weigh 50lbs. you'll go through the bottle in 2 weeks and get nothing from it. but, hey, it's your money...

  2. has anyone ran the prohormone halodrol clone and oral turinabol, what are the differences? Hdrol converts to tbol at 10%. Wanted to know which to run cuz hdrol is a lot cheaper

i can't see it being cheaper since the conversion rate is so low at 10%. to get a 30-40mg of tbol you'd need to run 300-400mg of halodrol, so a bottle of the shit would last you a few days. at about $30/bottle, that shit will add quickly. not a good deal since you can get 100 tabs of 20mg tbol for about $50. just do the math... ;)

  3. Like I said I don't care how people dress, but when I'm with my little niece and some dudes ass is literally hanging out, I'm going to say something as one time this dudes ass almost tapped my nieces face when when he cut in front of us. Other than that people can wear whatever they want as it doesn't bother me.

i don't think it's about letting or not letting people dress as they wish, to be honest. i think it has to do, entirely, with the associations we make as people. when i see some guy wearing skinny jeans, i think this guy is a creative, eccentric guy that is an actor, model, musician, etc. when i see some jerkoff with his pants down to his knees, i think thug, thug-wannabe, rapper, asshole, negative energy, someone who is going to commit a crime, etc. it's these associations, born out of real life experiences (not out of the blue or indiscriminately), that drive my feelings towards these 'people'. again, i don't hate the style but, rather, what the negativity that the style represents.

  4. ]Is it seriously the new in thing to be 6' 140 pounds and walk around in shorts and a striped tank top' date=' or sleeveless jersey???? I CANNOT stand to see all this crap that these punk teenagers where around now..[/b'] In my day (which was only 6 years ago!!!!!) if you saw someone wearing that gay ass shit you'd beat there ass back to normal.. Now the more retarded and weird shit you can string together the cooler you are.. Seriously Skinny jeans?!?!?!?!

same here flex. i just joined the gym last month on account that i'll be moving soon and will not have the room to train at home. the thing is the guys at the gym are in their 20s and 30s!!! to top it all off they moan and grunt while doing assisted reps with 135 on the bench... wtf? i live in nyc so there are lots of folks here and i expect we'll have a higher percentage of douche-bags but i'm having a real hard time holding back my tongue at the gym. i keep thinking, 'ok, there is something i'm supposed to be learning from all of this...', but i have no idea what it is... gyms suck!!!!!

  5. my wifey likes it shaved..what girl wants pubic hair in their mouth? I always used Edge Gel the super sensiitive with the grey top. Never any razor burn, ever.. I wouldnt even think of using veet or nair, who does that?

i got it bro. again, to each his own, but i personally use a 'trimmer' to get a very close trim which leaves almost nothing there. the up side is i get no irritation, it looks nice and neat (yes, this is as important as shaving your face so you look nice and clean :D), it's quick and painless and i never have that hideous stubble look when it starts to grow back after a couple of days.

so i guess i'm with you guys on many levels except i feel that the 'porno movie look' is hard to maintain and very prone to irritation. now, laser removal, where you get that ultra clean look permanently is some cool shit as it avoids all the shit i hate about shaving your nether-parts...

  6. Like someone told me in private earlier ..... 3/4 of our volunteer army are high school dropouts, criminals or desperate. Not tryin to benight anyone's service, just the way it is. Since we're in time of combat, there are some incredible acts of bravery goin on. Keepin it real dogs ......

what he said. and i DO appreciate what our soldiers do for us. i'm just looking to understand why. but i realize it's not always possible to understand everything.

  7. Pat Tillman is a PERFECT example.... he gave all to fulfill a commitment... he walked the walk. He walked away from millions and a dream life to fill his need to serve.

Chip Bronson said: " i don't buy the response, 'they feel a deep commitment to serve their country' or some other similar response."

Him dying, or how he died, has nothing to do with his commitment or his willingness to walk away from everything to serve. Just as him returning - had he survived- would not have diminished his commitment and willingness to walk away from it all to serve. He would be no less of a hero had he lived.

How can you explain his walking away from it all.... if not a "Deep commitment and desire to serve his country." ?

The competence or incompetence of who or "how" any of these soldiers were wounded or killed as reported by the media (military media or otherwise) has nothing to do with the willingness of them to enlist or the courage, commitment, or conviction they show.

i'm sure you don't wanna hear this, and, understand, i'm only playing devil's advocate here (but i do think many would agree), it may come down to the fact that he may have been mentally ill. i'm not saying he was but it may be a possibility. i know that, given your background, you won't agree with me but, still, it may be a possibility.

  8. This ^^^^^ is why I enlisted and served. There was never any doubt I would serve. The expectation was there as the son of a military man and my father made it clear that if wanted to attend college it would be up to me to fund it and that the GI Bill was his recommendation.

If anyone has any doubts as to how strong the 'call' to serve is, look at this:

Walking away from a multi-million dollar contract, your life's dreams and your family takes a 'calling' that is stronger (to some) than life itself.

By the way, as for "there are many ways to serve your country productively and effectively without enlisting in the army - during war or any other time." This is correct; however, me, my wife and two of my three daughters are working in service to our country outside of the military.

There is no either/or ..... you can, assuming you live through your commitment, do both. My family has.

thanks guys for your decency in offering words that make sense to me. having no military lineage, it's difficult for me to feel what you feel and comprehend the motivation behind your actions. i appreciate your actions and your taking the time to share the things that sometime escape me.

  9. it is truly very sad that anyone has to endure something like this. however, it does beg the question - and i truly am NOT trying to be insensitive or a dick, by any means - why in the world would anyone enlist at all, let alone during a time of war? and i don't buy the response, 'they feel a deep commitment to serve their country' or some other similar response. there are many ways to serve your country productively and effectively without enlisting in the army - during war or any other time. if anyone cares to discuss this respectfully, intelligently and in an edifying manner, great. if you're going to break my balls or be a dick, please understand that you'll be missing the whole point of this question.

  10. really? i didnt think you can get that off amazon

    better price, super fast shipping.

i just picked up 100 slin pins for $5 with free shipping and got them in 2 days. they have everything you need.

  11. I always thought other men enjoyed watching me deadlift with a nice clean bunghole and taint area.

damn bro, what gym do you 'train' at? just so i know what i have to avoid.... :o

That was good. My wife had a good laugh when she read that. She's convinced I'm gay. I don't know why. There's not a homosexual bone in my body.

you know what they say ja, when wifey is on to you... lol... ;)

  12. i don't understand the fascination with going overboard on the body hair trimming. are you guys making pornos or what? really, like who's gonna see it anyway? you? your girl? what do you guys do, stand around and look at your privates in the mirror (narcissistic) or do you prance around naked at the gym and want to make a good impression on the homos (gay...)? no joke either. this is a serious question...

  13. Im a big fan of the pec deck, its great for that "taxed" feeling. However both are great pieces of equipment to have, but you do have your bench work covered witht he other pieces. Best of luck bro.....keep us posted

    what does that mean?...

  14. "Never dwell on the failures of the past. Think only of the future, and how much worse it is certain to be -- ESPECIALLY, IF YOU USE THE "N" WORD AGAIN." :002:

what is the 'n' word you speak of?... nipple? nitwit?

  15. There is a public service like commercial that says using the phrase :

"Thats so gay" is mean, wrong or what ever.

    After I saw the commercial I have decided to use the term/phrase;

"That's so Homosexual" instead, so there wont be any confusion as to the meaning of the word gay...:agreed:

nah, i'm still using the word 'gay' just like i'm still using the word 'retarded'. fuck 'em if they don't like it.

  16. Both EQ and Tren Ace are suppose to make ya very hungry. I just wanted to get some hunger experiences/stories/results from you bros that have run tren ace and EQ in the same cycle.

not. if anything, tren kills my appetite but maybe it's just me. the eq, even at 800mg/week does nothing for my appetite either.

  17. ]Sust has a higher proportion of long esters to short esters' date=' which means pinning twice per week, like you would test e, is just fine. [/b']No need to pin ed or eod. Run that, then switch to test e. I've done that before and didn't notice a difference.

not if you wanna feel it in a few days bro.
