  1. start out very sparingly. 5mg orally is still a pretty good dose for many guys so the injectable will kick your ass. at your weight i'd start off with 1/4, yes 1/4, to assess tolerance and not give yourself heart palpitations. after that, increase the dose slowly every few days, e.g 1/2 cc, 3/4cc, etc., till you max out. you'll know when you have. good luck with this crap.

  2. KingKrazy - thats a shit load of tren a day! I agree BiggerBen when he said dose it down, that is more than likely fucking with your sleep cycle. Tren always screws with my sleep patterns regardless. I would try dosing clen mainly in the AM all in once, everyone reacts differently so tweak your dose until it works best for you. Best of luck bro

     

    dose it right before you go to sleep. this way you'll sleep through the worse part of the clen effect which is the first few hours after taking it. otherwise, you'll be feeling it in the morning while you're awake and trying to get things done.

  3. Is there anyone out there that has used as little as two doses of 20mcg's a day with sucess? I have been trying three doses of 20mcg's but the sides are killing me. Mainly the insomnia. I am also running 750mg of Test250E E3D and 150mg of Tren ace ED.

    bro, 150mg/day!!! do yourself a favor and drop the tren, or reduce the dose a lot, if you need sleep. btw, you're not taking enough clen to get insomnia and you only need to dose once/day due to the 36 hour half life. good luck.

  4. i'm moving in the near future and will not be able to train at home so i joined a gym for the first time in many years. last week i was on the treadmill, after the workout, and this guy is ooh'ing and ahh'ing the whole fucking time - i'm feeling like taking a 25lb plate to his head, btw. about 15 minutes later, he notices me looking over at him and, mistakenly thinking i give flying fuck, says something like, 'washington ain't got a shit of a prayer' or some equally banal shit. i look at him with a straight face and calmly reply, 'bro, i have no fucking idea what you're talking about.' and i didn't. he looked back at me confused but that shut him up. i've seen him since a few times and he has not tried to talk to me again. thank god.

  5. @ Chip.... I wasn't trying to hijack the thread. Two different guys were having problems with shoulders taking over their bicep work. This was my suggestion to these two bros. I used to have the same problem they are having and when I was in rehab for my shoulder this is how they taught me to work my biceps around my shoulder. Sorry if I offended you. I wouldn't suggest these for rear delts.... maybe for hamstrings.... but not rear delts.

  8. Why would someone take YHCL, 1,3 Dimeth and caffeine before cardio? You looking for a heart attack? If you need that many stimulants you better just drop a mile or 2.

     

    yeah, if you need to get tweaked so hard, you're better off having a good meal, taking a nap and then doing your cardio. if you need that much shit it's your body's way of telling to slow down and rest up. just listen to your body - it won't lie to you.

  9. i was referring to the version without dac and cjc 1293 is different than cjc1295 w/o dac, btw. saturation point is 100mcg. this dose @ 2-3 times is great. there is a lot of confusion about this so folks have to be diligent about their research.

  10. you should be pinning 100mcg, 1-3 ed. that's the saturation point, bro. and many are getting great results. you should also be running alongside some ghrp (take your pick), otherwise you're wasting your time and money. you're pinning 10x the recommended amount. did you bother to even do any research on this compound?

  11. i would get a card for a teaching position in a university. my degree is in special education (with a specialty in autistic early intervention) and this type of degree is highly sough after. it would require dotting some 'i's and crossing some 't's but everything we do requires us to go through some kind of process.
