i also do this with whole sirloins, filets and pork tenderloins (yum and super low-fat, too!!!) but not with nasty ole turkey. turkey tastes like crap, it's dry and it smells funny. besides thanksgiving - when i usually do up some ribeyes, anyways - you can keep that shit.

i heard the horror stories as well. my tren ace and test1 cyp were spot on but the test cyp was severely underdosed. he was probably a junkie or pill-head so who knows wtf he was some of the time...

I will say some of his products through Bangor were on spot and nice. Others......not so much. Some people reported being hospitalized for infections. Which is why my friends all threw their stuff out.

ditto. i use natty pb and cottage cheese quite a bit. i use whole grain breads and sometimes bagels.

Whole grain bagel with natural peanut butter and some cottage cheese for natural source of glutamine.

here ya go brother. it can be a pain in the ass (or elbow...) and frustrating but you can beat it by concentrating on a few of these things.

 

Did it go away? yes but it took several months

 

What did you do to help recover? i used a.r.t., ice massage, a topical gel, ginger+green tea+turmeric and an ems machine at home on low current.

 

Did it go away and come back? it did not come back.

 

What did you do to set the pain back in motion? i hurt the area in an accident and then tried to train through the pain. bad move as it got progressively worse and worse to the point where holding a glass of water was painful as all hell.

 

Is it a condition that never went away? the area is bullet-proofed now and i am lifting as heavy as before.

 

*** i firmly believe that my gh use over the past 3 years has allowed me to train effectively with no debilitating pain of any type.

yep. lateral meniscus tear or, hopefully, micro-tear. could also be a lcl (lateral cruciate ligament) injury. either way, i would lay off legs, ice, take some nsaids and if that doesn't give you some relief, i'd check with a doc before it gets worse. feel better.

hmmm, the jasmine i knew was test and masteron prop (75mg & 50mg, respectively) and she was superb. no bite, no pip. where did you get this particular version, if i may ask?

i use both delts (side), both tri's, both glutes and the right quad. in a pinch i'll also use pecs and calves. sorry, but i don't do bi injects.

when i did my first prop cycle i ran it with primo for 8 weeks. i ran 1 cc of prop and 1 of the primo, eod. it kicked ass and was a great recomp cycle overall.

i love prop and have used it eod or 3x/week for months on end so i don't think a cc of prop is going to cripple him. as for the var, to each his own but i would also say to start off lighter and maybe increase the dose if you feel it necessary.
