  2. bro, even yates has said he did himself a disservice from not practicing some periodization in his training. he talked about all the injuries he incurred as a result of the training and you disagree?....:confused:

    I totally disagree....Yates' program is based on Mike Mentzer's HIT Training, and he went into great depth on the importance of taking enough time between training the effected body part again. If your body can't take the intensity, its because you are training it again too soon.
  3. i didn't say anything about a specific time but yer not going to build calves with 20min of riding champ... it takes long distance rides over long periods of time... there are faster ways, much faster ways...

    Riding a bike for 20 minutes is a long time now? Lol
  4. not crazy at all. biking definitely works the calves immensely. it just takes forever.... not sure what short burst reps are.

     

    Call me crazy but I believe short burst reps and just riding my bike to the gym did more for my calves then anything else.
  5. my calves are naturally small but i've managed to add size slowly. this is what's worked for me over the years:

     

    1. walking on an incline

    2. donkey calf raises

    3. ballerina point walking or simply holding a contracted position on a calf raise for reps of 30+ seconds

    4. single-leg calf raises for reps

  7. i'm not sure i can believe this. 170bpm for a whole day? and he didn't go into cardiac arrest or stroke out? 1mg of clen?!!!!!! nah, i don't buy it.

     

    I was just reading a thread on another board where a guy used what he thought was adex, and ended up with a resting heart rate of 170 for 24 hours. Said that it took 4 days before it was back to normal. The guy seemed to be convinced that what he took was 1mg of clen. Scary shit. I wouldnt even consider using their shit for free after some of the things Ive read.
  8. if you can't trust the oils, why would you be able to trust any of their items? i've been watching these guys all summer long and there are almost no good reviews. i mean, c'mon, just look at those prices....

  9. this one, in particular, looks great. gonna be trying it soon. i also think the apple and nuts tuna is very healthy and would have a nice texture.

     

    Tuna Pizza

     

    Original Recipe Yield 8 servings

     

    Ingredients

     

    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

    1 (14 ounce) package pre-baked pizza crust

    1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked

    1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

    1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste

    Directions

     

    Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    Spread the softened cream cheese on the pre-baked crust. Sprinkle the tuna and onions over the pizza; then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and optional red pepper flakes. Bake in preheated oven until the cheese has melted and started to brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.

  10. everything stated above is good info NUMBER8, axio quality has gone to shit, i kno it depends on the supplier yada yada yada but i got burnt for alot of it a lil while ago so i think it sux, not underdosed gear just completley burnt bunk shit and i kno for a fact it was almost dead balls fake so IMO stay clear of it no matter who has it unless you have a connection to get the shit tested, sorry if this puts a damper on ur plans but just letting u know the real deal on that company and my exp with it.....

     

    on the lighter note u should run ur fast acting orals first in the cycle rather then towards the end to kick start ur system while u wait for the long esters to take effect IMO, t-bol should be for the first weeks not the last....HCG is case specific, everyone has differnt sides based on there estrogen sensitivity but keep in mind it is a female derived hormone so take the proper precautions based on ur own body mechanics

     

    i have to agree with that and you won't have to frontload - something i never understood. i have no problem with running again later in the cycle, say weeks 15-20.

  11. wow, sorry to hear that. 100mg of modafinil makes me feel superb. how about agmatine? have you ever used it? i was using it last year and found it gave a nice mental and physical boost - mild, but useful and it felt great.

  12. b12 will only work if you have a deficiency e.g. if your immune system is shot. i use it when my epstein-barr numbers get high and feel the difference. when i've tried it at other time in my life, it did nothing. 100mg of modafinil will do the trick, i think.

  13. should be fine if stored in a cool, dark spot - and it should be fine to a while to come. i've used suspension in water that was outdated by almost 2 years and it was g2g. of course, i knew the chemist and trusted that brand implicitly.

  14. i can't see the value of doing orals long-term, non-stop. since you can achieve the same effects with injects, that leaves orals for kick-starting a cycle. i'm also not against running orals on and off (e.g. on 1 month - off 1 month) with injects but i don't do that personally. just my $.02....
