I was taking 50mg a day, split it up morning and night. I went as high as 100mg but didn't really notice a significant difference so just stuck with 50mg and it worked just fine.

Know what you mean, Chip I was at Applebees for lunch last week. A group of 12 women were having a farewell lunch for a co-worker. No one was talking but EVERY DAMN ONE of them was looking at their damn phone. I mentioned this in jest to my friend the manager. He said that's normal, no one talks much during lunch. If they don't mess with the phone they just stare at the TV.

look, i get it. us demographics have been misrepresented by the advertising biz - in the PAST. to look at commercials from days gone by, the absence of gays, minorities and people with disabilities is glaring. we could spend days debating as to the hows and the whys of this. but that is no longer the case. representation is proportionate. in my eyes, these types of commercials (love is love) do exactly what they complain about other doing. they marginalize those that are not gay, minority, mixed, etc... why? these kinds of commercials are calculated and spiteful - very dark ages - and certainly not as enlightened (21st century) as they would like to portray themselves.

On a similar note I do have a rant. I'm white and my wife is Asian. I guess that's would be considered interracial. If we are at a restaurant, dept store, etc. I get weird vibes from women. The waitress or clerks seem to ask me "Is she your wife?" I guess they assume she doesn't speak English, or shes to pretty for an ugly old guy like me or she's a whore I'm entertaining. Our age difference isn't that great, I'm 54 and shes 42. Just irks me at times.
