  1. I only isolate them every other week. 1 exercise 5 sets, 20-8 reps. I do upright rows weekly though that really gets a burn in them.

     

    Just means it's working. I guess focusing as much as I am isn't the answer. I need to up the weight in my reps. And space out the days I work on them. That's going to be my goal this go 'round.

  3. for protein I just drink whole milk and whole eggs its cheap for me and im lazy to cook.... i dont have a gym membership and work out in an old person facility with just cables and shit it limits my growth i think cause the shit is not heavy enough......my grandmabought me a gym membership yesterday and 5 pounds of whey(: first time with free weights in ages and im already sore....figure i might start a log or something some huge ass dude told me i could do some crazy shit if i put more effort in for a good 10-12 weeks....figure ill start a log but i cant promise ill keep it updated. anyways id like your guys feedback maybe

  4. I agree with souldoubt. You should wait a few more years definitely. And starting out with HGH might not be the best idea in the beginning. If you do decide to follow the advice, take the next couple of years doing nothing but research on the subject. This is something you'll really have to commit to, bro.

     

    And for your first cycle you should definitely take soul's advice and start off with a test e cycle. At 500mg a week you would get some great results. For now get a good diet plan going and study.

  5. I mostly interested in being more emphatic instead of a self-centered prick, something that just doesn't come naturally to me (the self-centered part does though). Contented, low anxiety, and feelings of calmness sound pretty fucking good to me. I would definitely like to try this. I know for a fact my mother didn't give me enough breast milk.

  6. Used their test e for my first cycle. Like someone already said...underdosed. Still got decent gains though. Btw, if you're unsure if what you have is fake, go to the official site and type in the code that's on the bottle under the holographic seal. Best way to check authenticity.

  8. 12% is about as fat as a bodybuilder should get IMO. I would focus on getting a good clear six pack. You should be 10% or better by that time.

     

    If you want to add a second compound next time I would say NPP or primo. I would stay away from deca, npp works better and has less sides and if you need to get off of it it will clear quickly.

     

    The six pack is almost there, bro. I figured with the time off I can use that time to develop that, and a few other areas. Infact, the abs are the only thing lacking. By the time I start back up I'll be ready to start packing on mass. With what you suggested, how should I do PCT? Probably wouldn't change much from what I'm doing now. Let me know, man.

  9. You don't need to use both for the cycle you're running now. I'm finishing up that very same cycle. I also had aromasin on hand as well and asked a question similar to this. I'll give the same advice that was given to me...save the aromasin for the next cycle. Will you be using test along with the tren next time? If so...then definitely save the aromasin.

  10. I would probably try Deca and up your Test dose to about 750mg a week. Deca works differently for everyone and it doesn't seem to do a lot for me but you have to try compounds out for yourself to see what works for you. I personally prefer the longer cycles myself and about 16 weeks is the normal. Good luck bro

     

    Awesome. I was just about to ask if upping the test with deca would be a good idea. I was thinking more along the lines of 800?

  11. The way you felt with tren after 5 weeks is how I'm starting to feel with test. Actually...I feel I've hit a wall. I've gotten some great gains with my current cycle. But I expected more. Perhaps I need to focus on tweeking my diet a little. It's difficult for me to prep all my meals for the day due to working a very demanding overnight job. It's beneficial for me where cardio is concerned though. I can easily make a nice workout during my shift. I may go ahead and stack with deca. Give it a try.

  12. Second cycle ends next week. But already planning the next. Both cycles I've ran have been the same. Test e @ 500mg a week.

    I feel that it's time to advance now, so I'd like to try adding another compound. At the moment, I'm 172lbs @ 5'8.

    Very lean and cut with BF @ 12%, so this time I'm wanting to add a little more mass. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

  15. Not quite sure what your goal is. However, a simple run of test-e will probably be just fine for your first time. .5ml mon, and .5ml thurs. I like twice a week on long esters to keep your levels as steady as possible. Sounds like you've already taken the necessary precautions.

     

    Completely agree. 500mg of test e a week would be plenty for your first time. Whether you bulk or sculpt depends solely on your diet. Either way, I'm positive you'll be satisfied with the results, bro!

    I second this. I'm 2 months in running his test e solo with GREAT results. His customer service was also top notch. I'm sure the other sources on this board are great, but my loyalty will remain with this cat right here. Keep it up, brother.
