  1. Definitely been a while since I've placed an order or been on the board, but just want to +1 that despite Vision not always being able to get back right away, he's solid and a good guy with great gear. Have been very happy with everything I've gotten from him.

Edit, to add, Vision is also a great choice if you like primo and need to pin a lot of it. It's rarer to find blends over 100mg, so it's really nice that he offers a 200mg option.

  2. I only have absolutely positive things to say about Freedom. Great dude, and I know he's been working super hard lately. I ordered Patriot Labs' HGH, and from the beginning he was open to my questions and was willing to work with me. VERY professional, and that goes from communication to his top tier packaging and product presentation. You get the sense that he's serious about delivering a quality product and results. I will certainly be expanding my purchases with him in the future when he's open to more orders, and I'll report back after a fair time with the HGH to speak about results. Overall, I highly recommend him and will be a long-term customer myself.

  3. Adding my initial review since I just started my cycle last week: Visions is a good dude, willing to help answer questions and explain anything about his products. He's a small op but it's obvious he takes pride in what he does. His labels have a cool personality to them. Most importantly, his stuff is smooth. I'm using his test e and primo and am not having any issues with PIP. It flows fairly well even through a 30g slin pin, and flows insanely fast through anything bigger. What's especially great is he blends his primo at 200mg/ml, which is good for me since I don't like pinning a ton of oil. I can already feel its effects. I'll drop by for an updated review once I get some bloods done in a few weeks. So far a good experience with him.

Maybe I’m reading this wrong but, isn’t  2025 test reading  low for 600mg a week of test?

If I'm reading his post correctly, he only did 6 days total. 2025 for 6 days is good. It would be somewhat low if he was a few weeks into cycle as it takes a few weeks for the test to saturate. So, seems fine to me.

  5. It is still available in some places. I believe the FDA just issued a warning letter that it was anticipating taking action on regulating NAC, so some places are pre-emptively pulling it. I believe Bulk Supplements still sells it, as well as Thorne although Thorne is overpriced unless you sign up with a promoter code to get a huge discount.

  6. Thanks Apex, appreciate it. I have not run GH yet, I am hoping to try a small dose of 2 IU ED for my first cycle. I've read that quite a few people have experienced positive results from even a low dose like that, and 2-4 IU ED supposedly won't push you towards insulin resistance issues if your bloodwork is in check and you're healthy. Once I do run it I will absolutely report back here on any noticeable improvements in my knees/joints. My plan is an early morning dose schedule of GH + 15 - 20g of collagen peptides before working out.

  7. As someone who's had issues with knee pain due to bad ligaments, I've been interested in ways to protect joint health and stimulate healing. As I've learned more about anabolic steroids and HGH from both this community and a few others, it's been fascinating to read about the potential protective and rejuvenating aspects of each. For AS, as most of you know, has collagen synthesizing capabilities and HGH can promote new tissue development while helping heal older tissue.

I'd like to introduce something I've been using, and have noticed a difference from using: collagen peptides in the form of hydrolyzed collagen. This supplement is largely glycine, which is what our bodies use to synthesize collagen. In recent years, there has been a greater understanding of how particular amino acids (specifically glycine), play a key part in the body's collagen synthesis. Our bodies actually do not produce enough natural glycine to have an abundance available for everything it needs it for, and thus we technically have a glycine deficit. This results in collagen not being produced in a plentiful amount and as we age, we produce less and less collagen.

For a much better written and thorough explanation, please read here: https://old.reddit.com/r/nutrition/comments/9tbi94/collagen_supplements_why/e8whq7q/

    An interesting excerpt here:

In humans, the most compelling uses of glycine are as follows: 3-5 grams of glycine before a meal protects against rises in blood sugar after that meal; 15 grams of glycine per day protects type 2 diabetics from metabolic dysfunction; 3 grams of glycine before sleep improves your ability to fall asleep and your sleep quality so that you feel more rested when you rise during the day; 15 grams of gelatin taken before a workout with about 50 milligrams of vitamin C promotes getting that collagen into your tendons to help your tendon health.

(It should be noted that collagen in the form of gelatin has worse absorption than hydrolyzed, so probably don't need the 15g amount referenced above pre-workout to promote tendon health if using hydrolyzed).

Here are some studies on glycine:

Glycine Improves Biochemical and Biomechanical Properties Following Inflammation of the Achilles Tendon: https://anatomypubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1002/ar.23041

Improvement of Functional Ankle Properties Following Supplementation with Specific Collagen Peptides in Athletes with Chronic Ankle Instability: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5950747/pdf/jssm-17-298.pdf

I can personally (anecdotally) attest that I've 100% noticed sleep improvement when taking collagen before bed, and that my joints have felt better after taking it consistently.  I believe our bodies actually deliver collagen to our joints through mechanical movement, so for the best effect on join health/recovery/protection, timing collagen before working out is important. I've not yet tried collagen alongside AS and/or HGH, but I'm excited to see the potential positive impacts of it. It could make out to be a powerful combo for tissue health.

I'd be really interested in hearing from anyone who's had joint problems, and tries such a combo. I hope this info has been useful.

  8. A lot of consolidation for BTC around $55k, looks promising. And alts are obviously doing really well, too. It'll be interesting to see if this bull cycle for crypto is different from the one in 2017. I think it may be with the amount of institutional buying, both in the US and global.

    good read.

just another non addictive personal choice drug that should have regulated production and distribution while being taxed. Not illegalized.

Yup. Incredible that in the "land of the free" there isn't an ability to go to your doctor or a physical therapist, be honest and open about doing something that if well-planned and researched can be mostly safe and beneficial for the body (and mind, since physical health is so importantly tied to mental well-being). It's even more annoying when learning that steroids were primarily banned in 1990. With the breadth of research and understanding we have now (primarily driven from communities like this), it's ridiculous that the legal situation is still so hostile towards steroids.

  10. Hello, just wanted to throw this out here for some thought: there is new analytic software being developed and used by governments across the world that attempts to connect transactions on BTC. Although there is some element of anonymity, it would in the long-run be much safer to start encouraging payments in Monero (XMR) which has private transactions that haven't been cracked yet by analytics software. Something for everyone here (especially suppliers) to look into. Good luck and stay safe.

  11. From a beginner lifter's perspective doing linear progression 3x a week, I found a great improvement moving squats from my first lift to second. I like doing OHP, and was doing that after squats, but noticed I've been progressing more and have more energy/output for OHP by doing squats after. And the impact to my squats was very minimal.

  12. Hello, I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy and progressing towards their goals. New here and to this world, but I'm here to learn and absorb and grow myself as I begin cultivating my physical body into one I am proud of. I've been on and off lifting for the past couple years, nothing serious, but am finally starting to get really serious. I think the biggest motivator was finally seeing more muscle, even if it's just a little bit. I'm probably quite behind (in the 30s now), but I'm excited about taking control now and embracing a brighter future for myself.

Outside of lifting, I'm a big fan of craft beers and whiskies (moving mostly to whisky now to keep the carbs down), listening to music (got a nice setup for both headphones and speakers), and movies (been enjoying the old Arnold action genre recently, nothing like it today and it all holds up well enough for a fun experience). Lifting and physical health is becoming my primary hobby at the moment, however.

I'm glad communities like this still exist. I'm looking forward to spending a good amount of time here.

    Cheers,

    TTW
