  1. It could be minor like heat/friction but if it persists, I would have it looked at... I assume that you have already been to a Dr and they are the one that prescribed the cream>

Are they more like boils under your arm pit? Were you tested for MRSA?

  2. I will post more on this later on when I have more time. First, keep around a 30% balance (of the overall limit) on your credit cards. Banks do not like to see both maxed out cards or cards with a zero balance. The single most important thing you can do is to consistently make your payments on time, or preferably early. Late payments will drag down your score. Also, do not apply for any and every credit card you see. When a bank see's that you have been out applying for all sorts of credit, they do not like it. Plus it will drag down your score. Now granted, credit checks for things such as insurance, or checks by a utility company are usually considered soft hits and those should not hurt your score at all. He biggest and most important things to do are to both, make your payments on time, and not go out and charge up your card or keep a zero balance, keep around a 30% balance on your cards, in relation to your limit. I am not sure how the banks are in your area, but the ones in the area that I reside in are not all that picky about your actual score. You can get a home loan or purchase a new vehicle with a score of 620 or so. The main things that banks look at is your debt to income ratio. If you are over 30% or 40% then you can pretty much assume you will not get a home loan, at least in my area. Hope this helps!

Not sure if 620 is getting you loans these days here....If you have a 620, then you better be making a shit ton of money...Credit scores should be in the high 700s...I believe the median credit score is 720..

  3. When I was in my early twenties, I maxed out several cards and never paid off the debt. I've heard that after 7 years it falls off your credit history. So does that mean that after 7 years my credit score will be good again?
After 7 years unpaid debts should fall off...However,,this doesn't always mean your FICO score will go up...You need to start establishing credit and make sure you are paying on time..If the unpaid debts are 6 or so years old, I would not pay them and wait for them to naturally fall off...If they are relatively new, then you need to try and settle the debts...Most of the time, you can get creditors to take less money and have them show it was paid....Credit is something that is very valuable once you start trying to purchase homes, cars etc...
  4. I learned a long time ago not to mess with crashed gear. Crashed gear goes straight into the trash. Sure, you can bring it back by heating it, but you also run the risk of it crystalizing in your body. Not fun.

I agree....Its not worth it to me....However,,,I am a bit of a puss...
