I would take an igf test over a serum any day. Preferably I'd like both. But igf is my key indicator, not serum.

Gotta get two tests to know anything at all.

One, baseline testing with no Gh use for several months prior. There's your start.

Then step two, 2-3 months of your regular dose, get your bloodwork. I get most of mine done fasted to be consistent and because im weird like that. Always in the AM for me too

A good lawyer is critical when doing anything legal. Trusts, criminal defense, civil matters, divorce, you name it. You find a good lawyer and make sure you take great care of them. Just my two cents. They can make ALL the difference.

For the record, we can still have fun and a good laugh in these threads. Let's keep them more info and knowledge than fucking around though, and if the OP wants a serious thread we will make sure they get it.

Too many times we've had good things go south because a few idiots fucked it up for the rest of us idiots.

This is an older board. We are lucky to have some members with a decade or more on this board, who have a shit ton of experience and id like to see more of their knowledge shared here.

Many have left because of too much fucking around, and I'm guilty of making trouble myself. There is a time and a place for it, and some guys just don't appreciate it. we need to make sure we are respectful of that fact and that we are doing what we can to encourage the growth of the board. And growth of the members as well!

I'd like to see some of the more experienced guys start some new threads and see what happens. I think plenty of guys have avoided commenting or asking questions themselves because of fucktards.

Navytards seem to be good though.

RD- Actions speak louder than words, so once this ball starts rolling I have to keep these threads clean. I expect that most members will see this thread, and once members start seeing more helpful and informative threads that don't get fucked up by the usual shit, they will make more of an effort to contribute again.

I may reach out to specific members myself, but if members here would like to see more advice from any particular members they feel have some knowledge to share on certain matters, I would encourage you to contact them through PM or in another thread--asking them to comment on a particular matter by starting a thread about it.

I'll do my best to keep those threads clean.

MEGA, Daron E, swiper,and the like. Please feel free to contribute and know that I will keep your threads clean and respectable.

All of you who are on board with this, feel free to contribute and/or ask questions. I will keep the threads clean and make sure the guys who want their threads kept free of douchebaggery get what they ask for.

I plan on hitting up some of the more serious folks and asking them to contribute more, so long as I keep shit in line for them.

This board could use a few more useful threads and some guys to help others who are trying to achieve their goals.

Some of the older and/or more experienced guys have agreed to post more and contribute to the board. Many of these guys also compete at the national level, and are willing and wanting to contribute.

Should they do so, feel free to comment and contribute to their threads but be aware that shitheads and drama queens that fuck these threads up will be given temp bans and repeat offenders will be banned permanently.

We've decided it's time to increase the amount of quality posts around here.

FYI ghey shit is still allowed but in moderation. If the OP asks you to keep shit serious in their thread be respectful of that. There are guys that have knowledge that want to contribute but don't want to dick around and that needs to be respected.
