  1. @ GK - ya, there are things on my mind that could be compounding it all... True. When I actually force myself to do stuff, I feel tons better. I am making daily targets / to do lists. I find that works for me.

    You know when you get into a routine, wake up, job, eat, shit, gym, sleep Repeat life can get so boring that brings on more issues

     

    toremifene - never used this, maybe give that a try IF I do PCT again.

     

    Its true, this CANT be good for you. Better to cuise with your dose of Test. At least after your 40 imo.

    Hormones up and down , your all over the place not only mentally but physically.

    You know K, you and I have talked somewhat privately and you mentioned there are some things on your mind and heart lately. I have had a lot of that lately too. sometimes life just gives us the business and we are supposed to just hammer our way through it. Maybe that's why (or how) we are supposed to appreciate the good times. I don't know.

     

    As far as PCT goes, I've been on TRT for years and wouldn't come off for anything. Lowest I've gone is 200mgs a week (mon/Thursday split) in order to get decent bloodwork results for the doc. I find that cruising at that dose is pretty comfortable, along with 2iu of grey tops GH daily during that time and 150mcg T4. Keeps my energy levels up and keeps me level and feeling pretty sane. Maybe a little var in there for fun.

     

    For as old as we are, there really isn't a point in PCTing. Better to stay on and keep consistent levels of test, and avoid these ups and downs.

     

    It's funny but I also make lists of "to-do". Daily, weekly, monthly. I highlight them as they are accomplished and it keeps me motivated for some reason. I wake up some days feeling beat and unmotivated, I look at my list and start on one or two things. Feels good.

     

    I also have a list on my bathroom mirror of year goals. Like buy a Rolex, or build a rock wall, or take my wife somewhere, or get K to make a decent meatloaf. I try to cross off 60% or more a year, it's a great goal and visualization is everything.

     

    Another thing to consider that you brought up is routine. Maybe switch it up a bit and see if you like it. I used to focus on heavy lifting and all that and now I am focused on a new challenge. Some crazy new shit called "cardio". It's funky, but I am all about the new challenge. :)

     

    I set a goal weight and wrote it on my mirror in the bathroom. We will see how it goes. With your cooking it should be a breeze getting to sub 12% BF.

     

    Last thing: I find that the more I do for good people in my life, the happier my own life is. Just a thought. I get in a rut, I do something nice for someone else and it always makes me happy to see them happy.

  2. I think a lot more goes into it than just the compounds making you feel like shit, although they certainly have a negative impact.

     

    Are there other things going on that would feel even more shitty because of the clomid and pct?

     

    I notice when I get sedentary and stop feeling like I want to do things, if I force myself to get up and start doing shit it really helps. I start the day off by getting out of bed and then making it right away. One thing accomplished.

     

    Then another.

     

     

    Then another.

     

    Then I go to the gym, and gut it out.

     

     

    By the time my sweet K gets home I am just happy to see him. :)

     

    We all get down at times and we all lose motivation. We all hit a wall at some point. The thing is you have to refocus and set a goal and keep pushing towards it.

     

     

    So for you, K, maybe you could set a new goal and really start to push towards it? Like tryin not to overcook my FUCKING MEATLOAF!!

  3. Hypothetically, if I had taken the t400 and sustanon, or if I were to be currently running those two oils, I would probably say that they are on fucking point. EQ would probably be good to go as well.

     

    Drol and winny would probably have done outstanding jobs as well.

     

    I would probably miss the mass tren combo, tren e test e combo From BAL as well, shit was probably potent.
