I am on trt right now but want to add something to make a little more gains. Yes I log my lifts and track my food so I continue to make progress with that I just wanted a little bump but not to much with sides. I have used EQ and deca in the past but I am wanting to run a low dose nothing crazy. Which one would be better and not mess with my hematocrit to much or have crazy sides at a low dose?

IMG_3845.HEICI injured my back in January a retrolithesis of L3 vertebrae. I have had a dull ache around the sacrum with symptoms of piriformis syndrome in the left side. When doing my cardio my left leg feels heavy. Has anyone had a similar injury? Is there way to avoid surgery? Does anyone know a bodybuilder that still trains with a lumbar fusion?

I have been getting bad reflux from tren has anyone else had this issue? I don’t want to use ppi’s but I don’t know if any alternatives. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for all the input! she is definitely not pregnant. She has been like this for a 3 months and just getting worse. The doctor said possible sleep apnea as well but she doesn't snore at all. They are running blood work i will know in the next 3 days if something shows up.

Any advice anyone has would be appereciated. My wife is 24. She is super fatigued a all day long no matter what she does. She doesn't drink that much stimulants at all. She can drink a 20oz coffee from Starbucks and still sleep. She only has one coffee a day. She sleeps 9 hours. She aches all the time. Has anyone seen this at all? What blood tests should she get? Also no she is not pregnant. She only trains 4 days a week for workouts.

What about the gfr? That kinda low isn’t it? Also I have been taking more omega 3 and eating more salmon so hopefully that helps. Also I did workout the day before I don’t know if that would effect anything as well?

So would it be the eq thats driving red blood cells up? Would it help to switch compounds as well as donate?

I just got my bloods done and my RBCs came back at 6.8 which i think the normal range is 4.1-6.1. I know anabolics raise RBCs but should i been concerned and back off gear or am i safe to donate blood every 52 days?

Painless pumps is a version of synthol without any pain. Dave sell the stuff on his site. I usually would mix it with gear and use it in the long head of the tricep and shoulders. As long as you use it right you will not notice it at all.

I have done cycles before but this was the most i have cycled with. Also i used the painless pumps which does work and people that say it doesn't have never used it. It added about another inch and half to my arms while dieting.

It was part keto then into full keto it started with high carbs for three days then one low day then eventually went to all low days.

IT seemed a little much on the fats. Most competitors/coaches use more carbs then fats, Also the gear seems more then normal ranges

I hired Dave Palumbo for a coach for my off season i gain about 20 pounds but i feel the amount of fat he has me on is crazy had anyone worked with him at all before? I am having about 200 grams a fat from macadamia nut oil split up into about 6 meals 10oz of protein per meal and only 40 grams of carbs per meal? also the gear is more then i was used to. I am currently on 350mg test c every other day and 200mg deca every other day, Thoughts?

Who has the best sleep supplement out on the market that’s not a rip off? I do not want to use prescription meds. Any advice oils help.
