  2. Who here has actually tried both? There has been a lot debate over MK and growth and that Mk works just as good as growth. I want to know if it is really worth trying and how long before you would notice anything?

Hey Cage, I just competed in May at a decent show in Seattle i qualified for usa and nationals i was wanting to wait a little longer to put on some more size I came in at 193 lean but i feel it would not be competitive enough for usa or nationals. I am only running 750mg test a week with 800mg 0f deca a week and taking 50mg dbol ed trying to put more size on. would you recommend upping the dosages of those or adding in anything?

  4. Been gone from the board for a while. I was prepping my girl for nationals in Miami. she competed in figure and just won her pro card by winning her class. This was her second show ever competing. My friend Earned his pro card as well in heavy weight he did not win the class but took second. Looking to make her debut in July at the la pro. Hoping to get a good placing.

  5. Thank you I agree with all the things you said. I haven't been able to get past the weight that I am at. I usually stay around 205 to 210 and cant seem to get past that. when I start a cycle I don't really get that much bigger I may gain 5 or 8 pounds but it just seems like water weight and not the muscle I need that is why I am asking for a lot of help. Is there anything that I can do to harden up the abs and bring the center line out more? and I have read cage freaks threads on how much he takes of test a week I usually only take about 500mg a week and 300 of tren e a week. I am off everything right now and wanted to get prepared for next cycle but I would like to gain some more muscle this time.

  6. Ok I just competed at a big armature show and took fifth again. I competed at light heavy I was peeled but not big compared to the competition. They were about 4 inches shorter then me coming in at the top of the weight class. I weighted 187 for that show and I am 5'9. I would like to put a good 20 pounds on. I was wondering what would be the best mass building cycle and what are opinions on slin? I heard some people use it once then become a diabetic?

  7. If ur 4% at 8 wks out ur way overprepped bud....its difficult to maintain ur muscle mass being that lean for that long, wuts ur diet, cardoio n gear protocal right now?

     

    I am running 750 of test e a week, 75 tren eod, 75 mast p eod, 25 mg a day, I am on cardio twice a day for three day a week then once a day for the rest of the time, each session is 40 min fasting cardio always on morning cardio, I am eating about 8 meals a day 8 ounces of chicken with each me and only 75 grams of carbs total through the day but one high day about 150 of carbs usually my cheat meal day about 4 table spoons of peanut butter a day.

  8. So what is your thoughts on growing into a show? Is some trick to it or is it even possible? This is what kevin levrone use to do and I only ask because I have a show in 8 weeks and I am sitting at 192 with I guess about 4 percent body fat i don't really trust calipers. I usually go by cuts and how I look I have cuts through my ass checks legs back and triceps. I was hoping to come in at the top of the class at 198.

  9. I have not been able to get good sleep at night. I don't have any caffeine past 3 and I only have 200mg for the day. It is usually caused by the sups that I am taking. Sleeping pills will put me to sleep but I am groggy and feel like shit the next day. Is there anything out there that helps with good restful sleep?
