Well i lived with them and they ate the same amount of food that i did and i wasnt taking the stuff... but they might have been taking it wrong.. i am still hungry after i eat but i feel full and cant get more food down. And its not like its a lot of food i have seen a lot more food be ate. I usally have 3 servings of rice with a chicken breast they measures out to be 50grams of protien and a full avacodo for meals and veggies with other meals not always the fats

  2. I am going to cut down for a show coming up soon and want to know the best cycle i can do. This is not my first time doing a show or cycle. I usally take 250 mg of test a week and tren enathate one a week thats all i really use is that a better cycle i could use to come in a little more shredded and keep most of my size?

  3. This is my first big cycle i usally do 250mg a week of test and tren... i have gained about 5 pounds and seemed to be getting a little leaner. I am taking 500mg of test and 400mg of deca with 40mg of the dbol to kick it in gear. I also am taking cabergolin and the igflr3... I have been off for ten weeks..

  4. I am on my third week of 500mg of test a week and 400mg of deca and taking 40mg of dbol a week. How long long before i start noticing big gains? So far i have only gained a couple of pounds...

  6. Thanks Everyone for the advise. I have never heard of cabergoline what is that used for? and is Exemestane the same thing as Nolvadex? also what does everyone think of igf-lr3 put with that combination? or of igf-lr3 anyways?

  7. Ok well i am 27 and i am 5'9 and my weight is 200 pounds and my body fat is around 7 to 8 percent right now. In my diet i eat about 8 times a day each meal is about a 80grams of complex carbs with 60 grams of protien and with each meal i usally eat 3 table spoons of all natural peanut butter or two servings of almonds. i eat really clean because i dont want to put that much fat on so i dont have to do as much cardio for the shows. i usally do two low doesege cycles per year only run 250mg of test and tren a week never really gone biggert then that

  8. Its not my first cycle but my first time going bigger. I usally keep a low doseges 250mg test a week with 200mg of tren a week. i just did a show and came in at lightheavy 190 pounds around 3 to 4 percent body fat but got killed by size i am 5'9 and need to come in bigger

  9. I was wanting to put on some size and was wondering if this was a good one to go with; 500mg test per week 500mg deca per week and maby stack with tren? i did know if i really should combined tren and deca? also with 40-50mg of dbol a day for the first four weeks.
