    Been running 500mgs a week for a couple months now, stuff is smooth as butter. Zero sides and I feel like it’s adding a “sharpness” to my physique, doesn’t feel like I’m putting on a ton of mass, but whatever I am adding feels like quality muscle.

    You can add debit cards or checking accounts to draw from. From my experience with the checking acct it can take 7-10 days to receive your btc. With the debit card you receive them immediately. Main difference is with the checking acct you have a weekly limit of $25k, the debit card your limited to $750 a week.

    Thinking about giving this a shot, I only ever tried one of those little ass vaping cartridges from some no name brand and never felt a thing, any suggestions where to start as far as the potency goes? Have a herniated disk in my neck and the pain comes and goes, doc gave me a muscle relaxer but I haven’t taken it in years.

  5. This is great information. Ive always kept in my mind that i needed 300g protein/day to grow and keep muscle. Currently running 500g TestE, Anavar 75mg/day and 2iu greytops upon waking. Early morning fasted workout, pound a protein shake, and eat small amounts every two hours. Feel bloated a lot and have digestive problems. Im going to give fasting for longer periods a try.

     

    You’ll probably feel it more mentally, it takes a lot to reprogram your brain, your brain is gonna be telling you “let’s go time to eat” but once you adapt it’s normal. I can go over 24 hours with no food and not feel like I have to eat. I usually get the days calories in by 5pm and won’t eat again until 5 the next day with no troubles. Seeing as how I workout in the afternoon after work I consume pretty much all of my calories in the post workout window, works out perfectly for me.

  6. And you can eat almost anything too of course without going overboard. By the way IF is not some soft “soy boy” trend, it is a lifestyle that requires lots of discipline and self control.

     

    For sure, when I finally heard of IF I realized I already naturally always did it. Being in a work truck for 8 hours never lended to a 6 meal a day kinda plan to begin with lol. Watched both of those videos about eating less protein and chicken being a bad source of protein. I’ve always eaten an absolute shit ton of chicken, thinking about maybe trying out some bison instead as I’m not a big seafood guy. Would have to see how expensive it would get lol.

  7. While I don’t know shit about HGH and carb consumption I can %100 vouch for intermittent fasting. I fast for around 20 hours a day, work 7-3:30, hit the gym 3:35, get home and eat my days calories within the next couple of hours. Very effective for satiety purposes alongside the numerous benefits of fasting itself.

  9. Interesting question, I always wondered if they test the blood I give too. Last time I went they actually denied me for 12 months since I got a tattoo in April, lady gave me an attitude too, felt like saying wtf lady I’m here to get a bazooka stuck in my arm against my will and your giving me the attitude? lol. Have to speak to the doctor about getting on some sort of medicinal donor list I think it was called now.

  10. Your at a good place to start adding some weight, if your scared to put on fat just up your calories slowly. Bump them up to like 2900 and see how it goes for a couple weeks. If your progressing and happy with the progress keep the calories the same until you stop adding weight. Then bump the calories again. Just rinse and repeat. It's good your back. I have been away for a while but not nearly as long, new job with 12 hour shifts on my feet all day has me not going to the gym, and I'm getting fat. I'm glad you posted this it's great motivation for me to get back.

     

    Glad I can help motivate twigs, I think it’s about keeping a routine, start going and before you know it you’ll be looking forward to it. It’s always the beginning that’s toughest.

  11. You look lean and mean. When i think endomorph its big dudes, 6' + that have a lot of natural strength but also carry more body fat than a meso or ecto.

    Thanks brother, I guess I’m doing something right lol, I’ve always carried a lot of body fat unless I dieted like an animal, it seems to to always stay around the belly/abs too, it’s like a thick layer of fat that I can’t ever seem to chisel out for some reason.

    Shiiiiit I wish man lol, I was a fatass in high school, friend introduced me to lifting when I was 16, been lifting since then so 12 years under my belt. Got into amazing shape after high school and kept it until I was 24 and let my ex drag me down with her, got all the way up to a fat 220 regardless of lifting the entire time. Wish I had a picture of me at my worst, was bad.

  13. Our bodies are fairly similar and no you don’t look blocky at all, eat clean and eat when hungry the drugs will do the work also .. I was doing 300 tren ace last summer with a trt dose and had a six pack at 200 lbs and doing a lot of eating just mostly clean food .. I definitely like looking a little bigger but you gotta eat brother . Good job on taking off the fat now you can really make the body changes your looking for . As long as your training and eating right and the supplements on point you won’t get fat

     

    Gonna see what I can do, would like to get my para in atleast before I start upping calories lol. I’m always a clean eater, diet consists of chicken breast, oatmeal, plain break yogurt, fat free cottage cheese and veggies lol.

  14. Eat more and eat clean. Give it 5 weeks and aim for 185-190. Just done eat like shit. You can do some cardio as well. Take pics again in 5 weeks I will bet you will look better. Not that you don’t look good now - but u keep up that diet you’re gonna look like a crack head not a juice head J/k

     

    Haha, I’ve actually had a couple guys at work ask me if I’m sick or something because of the weight loss, shit man, I never realized that I guess I really did slim down way too much.
