If anybody thinks ANY sport isn't rampant with steroid/drug abuse, they're living in a dream world. I think it's bullshit how the media crucified Armstrong, I'm sure he's an inspiration to many people and he was the poster boy for being able to beat back cancer and still excell.

Seems like the main reason guys shrink is because when they're "off" they start to pussy foot around. Keep your weights up and diet in check and you should be fine.

Sup guys, managed to find to this board in my never ending search for solid info. Looks like I hit the jackpot. Born and raised in Long Island, New York I'm currently bulking over winter(who isn't? lol). Planning on doing a 12 weeker once it gets warmer out.

I always thought it takes a few minutes to full circulate around your body, several weeks to kick in.

I've been doing Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 and I'm getting bigger every month. It takes 90% of your 1 rep max and calls it your "training" max. You then use a percentage of that training max as a working weight, up to 95%.
