  1. I feel it is the best thing you can take other than test. Especially if you're over 35. Been using only Serostim for over a year straight now, previously used Greys from PD. Used every generic in the past, and also every brand of USA pharma GH. I won't use anything but pharma again. At 6iu per day, it gives a look that you won't get without it. Full, round, dense. Like the OP said, it heals injuries, makes your skin look better, and burns fat very well. If your diet is on point the fat just melts off when using GH, but it will also keep you much leaner when you are lazy with your diet. I used it in my 20s and early 30s, and while it worked, it didn't work nearly as well now that I am 40. I feel for it to work even better I take T3, T4 combo, and also use Metformin at 1500mg per day, as this takes care of any insulin resistance the GH causes.

  2. That is really interesting. I have to go to work shortly, but I'm going to look into that more when I have some time.

Also, I had absolutely no issues with the mask at all. The guy came in to wake me up part way through the night to start the CPAP part of the study & we got it on me & I fell back asleep right away. Like a few people have mentioned, I haven't slept a single night without my Resmed Airsense. When I had my first followup appointment, they were really surprised that I had no problems whatsoever with wearing the mask. I just have the nasal mask(Mirage FX; https://www.resmed.com/us/en/consumer/products/masks/mirage-fx.html); although I want to get a nasal/mouth mask too. Mainly just in case I get sick & congested & have trouble breathing through my nose. I want to see if the doc will add it to my prescription so I don't have to pay > $150 for the thing.

Has anyone gotten one of those SoClean CPAP cleaning machines (https://www.soclean.com/soclean/)? I found out about it a few months after I was diagnosed & was interested in it. But I read a couple reviews that said the device can damage your CPAP machine because the SoClean machine basically forces air through your CPAP machine backwards & can supposedly damage the pump. Really don't want to jack up my CPAP machine - I'm still paying the thing off lol. But the SoClean machine looks pretty cool. Just wondering if anyone has tried it or knows somebody who has a SoClean.

The Airsense is a great machine. I have the Airfit P10 nasal pillow mask. Its very comfortable, but the straps are elastic and they stretch out fairly quick. My doc gives me a free mask though every 6 months so that takes care of that. I was also wondering about the Soclean machine. Kind of leary about it if there is any way it could possibly damage my CPAP.

  3. For anyone that has Central sleep apnea there is now a device they are implanting that can eliminate the need for CPAP therapy. Doctor's implant them where I work. It's called Remede, and is an option for those that don't tolerate CPAP therapy. Also a device for obstructive sleep apnea is coming out as well. It's called Inspire. Both look promising, but expensive obviously. Certain criteria obviously have to be met for insurance to cover them.

  4. First thing you need to do is get a sleep study done to see if you actually have it. I have it and I use the Resmed Airsense 10 autoset. It was hard to get used to, but its been a life changer for me. Once I put it on I fall asleep and stay asleep until morning. Sleep apnea most certainly will contribute to anxiety and depression both, but even more importantly it wreaks havoc on your cardiovascular system. My doctor also prescribed me Provigil to take daily to help with any daytime sleepiness I might have. It lifts your mood a little bit, but really keeps you alert and focused all day long. Get yourself a sleep study and see if you have sleep apnea or not. One of the best things I've ever done.

  5. If it really is true he had a heart attack that is awful. I feel for anyone that would have that happen. However, I work in a cardiac cath lab, and defibrillators are not put in for 'emergency atrial fibrillation'. A fib is rarely an emergency as millions of people live with it on a daily basis. If he was in 3rd degree heart block, then that would be an emergency where a defibrillator would be put in. Assuming he had a heart attack, which an EKG and blood tests would show, then he would get an angiogram to see which artery was occluded, or if there was a clot. If so then he would get balloon angioplasty and/or stents to open the artery. As for A fib, doctors would first need to know the exact time of onset. They would then try to cardiovert the patient, or try rate control with beta blockers or other medications until they could cardiovert the patient. A defibrillator would not be the first step of treatment for A fib. nor would it be put in emergently on the same day the patient had a supposed heart attack. This seems a little odd combined with all the other unfortunate things he has had happen to him lately. He is right about Z pack being linked to arrhythmia, however they are fatal arrhythmias and A fib is not a fatal arrhythmia typically. Main risk of A fib is developing a clot, which one would be put on Eliquis or Coumadin to prevent that. Maybe he has a very low EF or some other underlying arrhythmia, but this seems a bit abnormal for A fib.

  6. it does no more harm to your body than any of the other things we put into our bodies...

Nothing could be further from the truth. That would be like saying injecting meth and cocaine does no more harm to your body than drinking coffee.

  7. It doesnt "cook your insides" any more than a fever does.

It does cook your insides if you take too much. I had a close friend die from it, and his temp was close to 108 degrees when he died. Nobody in the ER could figure out what he had done, and of course blamed it on steroids, which was completely ignorant. His wife ended up telling them what he had been taking, but it was too late. He had already gone into multi system organ failure and was beyond saving. The shit is poison, it is not needed at any dose to get shredded. Maybe if someone is too lazy to diet properly it is, but if someone can't get shredded with GH, a little thyroid hormone, cardio, and proper diet, then they're simply lazy.

  8. Bad for you compared to what. If you are on a gram or more of Test and not on an ae/ai then you will get gyno. Regular blood test should tell you where you are at in regard to estro.

Not necessarily. I've ran 1500mg of just test with no AI and never gotten gyno. However, I can take whatever I want with no AI and never get gyno. Like someone said, doesn't mean I don't have high estrogen. I just don't get gyno. AI's make me feel like shit honestly, and I don't ever use them unless dieting really hard, and even then its just for a very short period of time.

  9. Why do you recommend not taking days off?

Only real reason I see most people taking days off is for the purpose of saving money. I see no reason to, others might disagree. Some weeks I will inadvertently take a day off just because I forgot to take my morning dose, so I will just take the day off.

  10. Kublai, the kigtropin guy in China, wanted me to rep the kigs on the boards. I would get three kits a month in return. He said that he has worked in the gh biz for many years and it has always been corrupt. He said you could order it any way you wanted. Meaning, each kit contains vials with 8,6,5.. whatever iu combo you wanted. The idea was that no one would be able to tell the difference. But this was before

the serum test where you can test a random vial in a kit. Rep is everything in this game so they now know that if a few vials from different

users are testing low then their rep, and consequently their product, will fall out of favor. With the Greys there was a unique circumstance

that occurred so that you can't dismiss them because one person got bunk. It came from one supplier, who conveniently disappeared, and it was sent d0mestic which increases the chances of it being tampered with. I am going to give the Greys another try getting them from TP this time.

I remember Kublai, I got screwed when the Kigs went bad. I remember him saying something to this effect, and that nobody can tell the difference when the kits are all mixed with varying iu amounts per vial.

  11. Quality control is the problem with generics. The contents can vary in each vial in the same kit. Some vials might have 10iu, some 7iu, some 4iu, hell some might have nothing. Then you're trusting a remailer not to mess with anything if using domestic service. This problem is not there with pharm grade GH. You know exactly what is in every single vial in every single kit. No bullshit fillers, each vial has the exact contents listed on the label, etc.

  12. The world of GH can be very confusing. The only 100% sure thing is to go the pharm route, then there are no worries. Provided you have a trusted source. I know when a kit of Serostim is mixed it dissolves instantly, and if you hold it up to light you can see a lot of tiny bubbles floating to the top of the water. Each and every single vial of unmixed GH looks the exact same, as in the puck is the same size and shape, thickness, etc. With generics there are variations from vial to vial of what the unmixed GH looks like, and when mixed the powder dissolves at a much slower rate. As you said, and I agree that I don't think I've ever seen a pharm GH score in the 40s for a serum test. As to what accounts for these differences, I definitely can't say for sure, and can only guess. It would be interesting to know however.

  13. Any advice anyone has would be appereciated. My wife is 24. She is super fatigued a all day long no matter what she does. She doesn't drink that much stimulants at all. She can drink a 20oz coffee from Starbucks and still sleep. She only has one coffee a day. She sleeps 9 hours. She aches all the time. Has anyone seen this at all? What blood tests should she get? Also no she is not pregnant. She only trains 4 days a week for workouts.

Could be possible she has sleep apnea. I know several younger women that have been diagnosed with it, and its probably the last thing you would think they had. They trained, were in shape, ate healthy, etc.

  14. I have used American GH from the pharma and I have used generics.

My blood work shows about the same when measuring both GH and IGF.

The pharma GH was no better for me than the generic but I dont really see that much from GH as others do I think.

I wouldnt buy an pharma GH unless I knew it came directly from a pharmacy.

Mine came from several HIV patients. Labels pulled off boxes in front of me. I wish I had that connect now since I paid very little.

Its no way that all the so called pharma GH from sources are legit, not even close.

I agree. As I said before I would never buy any pharm GH unless it had a script on the box that had the name blacked out, or ripped off. Serostim is plentiful due to the HIV patients, and once in a while scripted Humatrope comes around, etc. I'd never purchase any pharm grade GH from outside the US, period. The Humatrope, Genotropin, Saizen, etc. coming from overseas I would never trust, and actually if you're getting pharm GH made in the USA and there's no evidence of a script having been removed, then I'd stay away as well. Some Serostim boxes won't have a script depending on how the pharmacy dispenses them. Sometimes they dispense 4 kits at a time, tape them together, and the top box will have the script only.

  15. Couple months ago you were saying that greys and meditrope were every bit as good as serostim.

Yep. I'm talking about pharm grade GH here. If its pharm GH and doesn't have a script on it, or one thats been ripped off, then I wouldn't touch it. With PD gone, I wouldn't trust anyone for generics and would only use Serostim now.

  16. Counterfeit GH in identical pharm packaging is prevelant in Turkey, Greece and other smaller European countries. If you get Sero kits from the USA direct from the pharmacy the chance of getting counterfeits is close to zero. I don’t trust GH from other countries at rock bottom prices chances are it’s not real 100% of the time.

Exactly right. Wouldn't touch any GH unless it was Serostim from a script holder. All these Humatrope pens, Geno pens, etc. coming from Turkey are counterfeit. Unless its from USA pharmacy with a script on the box with name removed, I wouldn't touch it.

  17. I just got my bloods done and my RBCs came back at 6.8 which i think the normal range is 4.1-6.1. I know anabolics raise RBCs but should i been concerned and back off gear or am i safe to donate blood every 52 days?

What is your hemoglobin and hematocrit?
