  1. This is why I say there's to much talking on the source threads. 20-30 post on a board and saying they ordered, got it, etc(some with more post too) mods are good about shouting the talk up. I'm just nervous when I read this shit fellas. Sources be careful , listen to ur hearts on stuff. If it don't look right don't do it.

  2. Hi cagedfreak,

     

    I'm new here and basically read through all the 207 pages in like 3 hours or so, learned hopes and you're a great guy and I really respect your work-ethic.

     

    I'm 18 years old and blasting gear since 2 months and I have an very similar training style to yours but it's just a tad-bit different and I was wondering if I could get your take on it I train 4 hours/day - 7 times a week no days off but I hit every bodypart frequent like almost ED or 7x times a week besides the bigger muscle groups like chest/back/legs 2-3x times a week and was wondering why you hit it everything once an week.

     

    Sample of my training split would be something like this:

    Mo: Back 40-50sets, Bi 15 sets, Calves 15 sets, Abs 10 sets, Side Delts 10 sets, Rear Delts 10 sets

    Tu: Chest 40-50sets, Tri 15 sets, Calves 15 sets, Side + Rear + Traps 30 sets

    We: Shoulders 40-50 sets, Legs 30-40 sets, Calves 15 sets, Abs 10 sets, Traps 10-15 sets

     

    And I would pretty much rinse and repeat that over and over again takes me about 4 hours to finish to be quite honest I was just about to plan cut down on volume a bit and get my training sessions down to 2-2.5 hours since everyone around me told me I could get way bigger doing less volume and less frequency and I was even reading the gh15 bible today and he stated you should be in the gym quick in quick out that's when you look the best bicep 4 sets volume triceps 6 sets volume for example.

     

    Reading this thread mind-fucks me a little bit since I was researching this weeks and you're the first person I encounter that trains similar to me volume-wise maybe not frequency I was just wondering on your take on my volume + frequency I see that alot of people tend to stick training everything once an week whilst on gear. I personally have weak delts and I always get paranoid when I look in the mirror and I see my side delts and rear delts lacking and I'm not doing anything about it and I should wait 3-5 more days till I can hit them and just bust out 10 sets side and 10 sets rear delts but personally I don't know if this is doing me more harm then good. Rambling quite an bit! Also IF you have the time would appreciate if you could look at my topic I made

  4. tren ace at 700mg?! that's insane... i know ifbb pro's that take maybe 200mg if that, only during contest prep and minimal AAS besides the occasional 1-1.5g of test...

     

    I think this goes for alot of people on this board but, if you need that much gear to make gains, maybe bodybuilding isn't for you, well at least competing and becoming IFBB Pro. You're 23 man, you have years of time ahead of you to get big. You needing dick pills and all these ancillaries to perform normal functions is not too good. Im not trying to lecture you but think about it. Slow progress = best progress.

     

    Fast progress... well i always say, easy come, easy go.

  5. every masteron profile i read on sites, they say along the lines that masteron is not that potent and only really works with low bf. I'm not a pro, i'm 5'9 - 206lbs and have abs. However after adding mast on there, i won't go without it now. Not because of the hardness but i feel it definitely exaggerated the potency of the other compounds substantially in a positive way. It's definitely become a staple in any cycle i run.

  6. Just because you have never heard of it before, use some of your knowledge and intelligence you gained from Inorganic Chemistry you took in College, snaggle. It makes pretty perfect common sense that a thin oil will have a solute more evenly dispersed throughout it than a very viscous oil. Just a basic property of Chemistry we (including you) all learn in Inorganic Chemistry.

I was thinking that to promote homogeneity, as you stated, the scientists / operators of the GCMS would naturally know to shake the vial containing the Test Enan 250 for several minutes to get that powder evenly dispersed throughout the oil / BB and BA solvents so there would not be a problem with drawing out a portion for testing (ie 5 microliters) that was not approximately homogenous with the rest of the contents of the vial. (was that a run-on sentence? I think so! NavyChief, need your expert linguistic knowledge buddy)

     

    I do this myself every time before I draw from a vial - I shake the vial for about 60 seconds.

     

    Another good way, it seems (although I have never tried it) of more accurately and evenly dispersing the solute (Test Enan powder) throughout the oil and its solvents would be to heat the vial - heat causes a decrease in viscosity of the oil, and this thinner oil will flow much better and easier, seemingly promoting better and more even mixing of the Test Enan powder throughout the oil and solvents. Just a common sense hypothesis of mine.

  8. Navychief thanks for good advive.. Actually im taking anabol pink or dbol last last year.. But its not enough .. Because i can't get my body i want.. I want to get bulk.. Like muscular.. But i dont have any secret idea.. Thats why i post here.. Im 33 going 34 by this jan. And im 130lbs..and 9 months without gym.. But i push up everyday.
